After 10 years of studying traditional health systems, I feel prepared to offer insight and counsel to those seeking health advice. First and foremost, my goal is to compassionately reduce and limit the suffering of my clients. The aim is to tend to and work through health challenges so they are permanently removed from the physical body, emotional body, and subtle body of thought patterns.
I have worked with Traditional Doctors from Nepal and India, along with pioneers in the space of traditional Western herbalism. I often reference these teachings and experiences to inform my practice when treating clients. My studies include completing a 5 year study with Dogwood School of Botanical Medicine, California School of Herbal Medicine, MASH Clinic, and Bajra Bajra Charyia Medical Clinic.
The incorporation of emotions and fostering a healthy connection to source consciousness are key components of my practice. I believe the strongest medicine we have is consistency in our daily patterns, healthy intake of sensory stimulation, and attentive listening to and response to our bodies. By incorporating the nuance and detail found in Ayurveda, a detailed map can be developed, along with a corresponding remedy for any health concern.
